I’m a beginner. Can you still help me?
First we will MEET YOU where you’re at! We work with people of all levels of fitness. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a gym rat, our method will work for your body. We will discuss your goals, struggle and where you envision yourself.
We will get you set up step by step- we simplify each step for you including setting up your training and nutrition app, walking you through your plan and getting you onto our membership website
How much will I have to workout?
You can get started and begin to see results in as little at 3-5 hours per week. The program is designed by me for you, so even if you’re:
Working Full or Part Time
Working shift work
Studying full time/part time
Full time parent you can totally make this work
That being said if you don’t have 3-5 hours per week to dedicate to your fitness this most likely wont work for you
How much will groceries cost?
My nutritional systems allow you to spend as much or as little as you like on groceries. YOU choose your food sources within a very flexible list. We always focus on progress over perfection and encourage you to focus on indulging a few days per week to maintain a healthy balanace. At the end of the day life’s way too short to skip out on the good stuff!
How fast will I see results?
How fast can you run 100m? Because of every clients unique experience, they all see results differently. I can tell you if you adhere to the program you will see results.
Do I need to buy supplements?
I’ll give you a list of supplements I recommend but none are mandatory.
Will there be accountability?
Yes ABSOLUTELY, you will have access to me on a daily basis and I’ve created a system where I check-in with you if you’ve missed a workout.
If ever you are feeling down, or some unplanned life events happen I am there to adjust your training and nutrition in accordance with what you are going through.
